1 lök

2-3 tsk hel koriander
1 tsk hot paprika
färsk chili eller torkade flakes efter smak
1/2 dl tomatpuré
1 dl vatten
1 msk honung
salt och peppar
olja till stekning
8 st stora tortillabröd
3 dl riven ost
1. Fräs köttfärs och lök i olja, mortla kryddorna och låt dom fräsa med.
2. Tillsätt tomatpuré, vatten, salta och peppra och låt det puttra ihop snabbt.
3. Smaka ev. av med mera kryddor.

1 fp passerade tomater, 370g
2 klyftor finhackad/riven vitlök
2 nypor socker
2 msk olivolja
basilika, timjan eller oregano, färsk eller torkad
salt, peppar
4. Fräs vitlöken i oljan och tippa i det övriga, låt såsen puttra medan du fyller bröden.
5. Fördela färsen på bröden, rulla ihop och lägg i en “snäv” form med skarven nedåt.
4. Slå tomatsåsen över, strö på ost och gratinera i 200 grader i 20-30 minuter.
Servera med tomat, gurka, majs, lök och vitlökscremefraiche, såsigt ska det va!
