Receptet är från Tasteline
INGREDIENSER
- 350 g jordnötssmör
- 1 dl strösocker
- 2 dl ljus sirap
- 1 liter flingor typ cornflakes (jag tog puffat ris)
- 1 dl kokos
- 200-300 g choklad, mörk tog jag
Gör så här:
- Klä en form 20×30 med bakplåtspapper (jag tog en avlång 10×30)
- Blanda jordnötssmör, socker och sirap i en kastrull och smält på svag värme tills det nästan kokar, rör om då och då.
- Krossa flingorna lätt och rör ned dom tillsammans med kokosen.
- Bred ut smeten i formen och låt kakan svalna lite.
- Smält chokladen och bred ut den över kakan.
- Låt svalna helt innan du skär bitar eller rutor.
