Än är inte rabarbersäsongen över, inte här i norr iallafall. Svärmor har massor av rabarber och det kommer fortfarande tunna späda godingar. Det här är den perfekta efterrätten där allt går att förbereda innan festen eller middagen. Har du inte tid att lägga upp i snygga glas så ställ bara fram så får gästerna själva bygga sin efterrätt. Det blir otroligt gott med syrlig rabarber, mjuk grädde och krispigt smul av mandelmassa. Jag lovar att även den som inte är rabarberfrälst kommer att älska den här efterrätten!
INGREDIENSER
- 500 g rabarber
- 1/2- dl syltsocker
- 2 krm vaniljpulver eller 1 vaniljstång
- 2-3 msk vatten
- 200 g mandelmassa
- 3 dl grädde
GÖR SÅ HÄR:
- Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.
- Dela rabarbern i 1,5-2 cm bitar, skala den om den är tjock.
- Lägg i kastrull med socker, vatten och vaniljpulver (skrapa ur fröna om du har vaniljstång och låt även stången koka med)
- Sjud på väldigt svag värme under lock, vänd ibland (rabarbern ska inte koka sönder utan vara i bitar)
- Riv mandelmassan grovt och lägg den på ett plåtpapper, grädda tills den fått lite färg, vakta noga!!!
- När rabarbern är mjuk men inte sönderkokt ta den från plattan och ta av locket.
- Servera rabarbern rumstempererad med vispad grädde och krispigt mandelmassesmul!
