Ingen färdig matbild får ni för de blev så bedrövligt dåliga och skulle inte fresta nån´ 🙂
INGREDIENSER 4 port
- 1 hel färsk kyckling
- 1 liten rotselleri
- 3 morötter
- 2 medelstora rödlökar
- 8-10 delikatesspotatisar
- 1 citron
- 2 tsk torkade örtkryddor, mixa gärna timjan, oregano och rosmarin
- salt, nymalen svartpeppar, gärna någon paprikakrydda
- något grönt att toppa med t. ex basilika, timjan eller persilja
- olja till plåten
VITLÖKSSÅS
- 3 dl creme fraiche
- 1-2 klyftor riven vitlök
- salt och nymalen svartpeppar
GÖR SÅ HÄR:
- Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.
- Dela kycklingen längs med ryggbenet så du kan lägga den platt.
- Pensla eller ringla över olja på båda sidor om kycklingen, salta, peppra och krydda rejält och lägg den mitt på en stor långpanna (kolla inte på min bild för den plåten är för liten 😉
- Skala och dela rotselleri och morötter i rejäla bitar, klyfta lök, potatisen kan vara hel om de inte är jättestora då halverar du dom. Halvera citronen och låt den gå med också.
- Ringla och vänd runt rotsakerna i olja och krydda även detta.
- Skjuts in i ugnen i 60-70 min tills kycklingen är klar, pressa citronen över kycklingen och strö över något grönt.
- Servera en kall sås till och glöm inte den goda skyn som blir i botten på plåten.
