Jag vet att ni är många som grillar året runt men det gör inte jag, vill liksom ha något att längta till. Just nu har jag ett samarbete med Bluegaz som säljer gasolgrillar och tillbehör. GRILLAD KYCKLING
- 800 g kycklinglårfilé eller bröstfilé
- 1/2 dl sweetchilisås
- 1/2 dl japansk soya
- salt och nymalen svartpeppar
1. Blanda ihop sweetchili och soya.
2. Dela varje lårfilé i 2 likadana bitar, har du stora bröstfileér så kanske du kan dela på 3.
3. Lägg kycklingen i marinaden minst 30 minuter.
4.Trä upp på spett och grilla kycklingen tills den fått färg och är genomstekt, salta och peppra.
NUDELSALLAD 4 port
- 200g nudlar av ngt slag
- 2 morötter
- 1 röd snackpaprika
- 1/2 stor gurka
- 1 liten purjolök
- 1 kruka koriander
- jordnötter och sweet chilisås till servering
Dressing
- 2 msk fisksås
- 2 lime, saften av den
- 2 msk rapsolja
- 1/2 msk sesamolja
- 1 tsk sambal eller chili, torkad/färsk
- 2 tsk socker eller flytande honung
- 2 klyfta riven vitlök
- 2 msk riven ingefära
Gör så här:
- Koka dina nudlar al dente och spola dom kalla, jag klipper dom lite.
- Blanda ihop dressingen och hacka koriander.
- Strimla/skiva moroten fint, dela paprika och gurkan i bitar, strimla purjolöken.
- Lägg nudlar, dina delade grönsaker och koriander på ett stort fat.
- Tippa över dressingen och blanda runt allt.
- Toppa med salta jordnötter, servera med jordnötssåsen eller sweetchilisås..
Jordnötssås
- 1 fp kokosmjölk, Änglamark 330 ml hade jag
- 1 dl jordnötssmör med bitar
- 1 stor klyfta riven vitlök
- 2 msk riven ingefära
- 1 tsk sambal oelek, smaka dig fram
- 1 msk fisksås
- 1-2 msk pressad lime
- 2 tsk strösocker
- 2 msk rapsolja
GÖR SÅ HÄR
- Fräs vitlök och ingefära snabbt i olja.
- Lägg i jordnötssmöret och rör tills det mjuknat.
- Tippa i kokosmjölk, sambal, fisksås, lime och socker och låt såsen koka 5 minuter.
- Smaka av om du vill ha mera sambal, fisksås och syra.
Grillad kyckling med sparris och en syrlig örtcreme.
Två goda sallader till grillat!
Favoritsalladen för mig är mangosalsa och helst med mycket koriander! Den gröna koriandern så älskad och hatad finns inte med på bilden 😉
