Jag är lite tråkig när det kommer till julkakor och gör alltid samma sorter men det här receptet blev nyfiken att testa. Supergoda cookies blev det och med en julig touch, enkla att göra dessutom och varning för grymt god deg!!!!
INGREDIENSER
- 2 dl hasselnötter
- 300g vit choklad, jag tog ljus choklad
- 230 g rumsvarmt smör
- 1,75 dl strösocker
- 1,5 dl farinsocker
- 1 påse Santa Maria Pepparkakskrydda med apelsinsmak
- 1 stort ägg
- 3 dl vetemjöl
- 1 dl havregryn
- 1,5 tsk bikarbonat
- 1 tsk vaniljsocker
- 0,5 tsk salt
GÖR SÅ HÄR:
- Sätt ugnen på 190 grader.
- Grovhacka hasselnötter och choklad.
- Vispa smör, socker och pepparkakskryddan fluffigt.
- Rör i ägget.
- Tillsätt resten av ingredienserna och blanda ihop till en deg.
- Rulla till kulor, 30 st om du vill ha stora kakor och lägg dom glest på plåtar (9 på varje plåt la` jag)
- Platta till bollarna och grädda dom i 10 min. Jag gräddade längre för jag vill ha krispiga kakor!
