Jag tycker att det MÅSTE vara ketchup till men det är såklart en smaksak, när jag var liten åt mamma och pappa lingonsylt till, ingen hit tycker jag!
INGREDIENSER
- pasta för 4 pers ca 350 g okokt eller kokta pastarester
- 250 g falukorv eller annan korv eller köttrester
- 200-250 g rökt fläsk, bacon eller kassler
- 1 gul lök
- 4 ägg
- 4 dl mjölk
- 1 tsk salt
- nymalen svartpeppar
- 2-3 dl riven ost
Gör så här:
- Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.
- Koka pastan om du inte har pastarester.
- Vispa ihop ägg, mjölk och kryddor.
- Dela korv/fläsk/köttrester i bitar och hacka löken.
- Stek först köttet i en panna så det får färg och låt löken svänga med på slutet så att den blir mjuk.
- Blanda korvfräset med den kokta pastan och lägg det sedan i en ugnsform.
- Häll äggstanningen i formen, strö ost på toppen och kör puddingen i ugnen tills den “stannat” och fått färg.
