INGREDIENSER
- ca 40 urkärnade mjuka dadlar
- 150 g chevre eller fetaost
- 2-3 paket bacon (svårt att vara exakt här för jag hade ett storpack)
- något kryddgrönt t.ex hackad persilja eller gräslök blir fint
Gör så här:
- Kärna ur dadlarna, skär med en kniv och pillra lite.
- Dela osten i skivor och sedan småbitar och tryck in i dadeln.
- Dela baconet på mitten.
- Rulla baconet hårt runt varje dadel, lägg i en ugnsform och tryck fast en tandpetare.
- Kör dadlarna i ugnen på 225 grader i ca 10 min tills baconet fått färg.
- Servera ljumna eller rumstempererade.
- Strö över lite grönt om du har (det hade inte jag, ha ha)
