Den här grytan kommer du att älska om du gillar curry. Jag fick veta idag att den här grytan lagade min mormor Märta då hon levde, trodde jag härmat min egen mamma men så var det inte. Mitt matintresse kommer från de båda! Det där med foto på grytor är det svåraste men jag lovar att den är godare än den ser ut. Förresten funkar det väldigt bra med kyckling också om du gillar det bättre! Jag gillar konsistensen på hela burkchampinjoner men det blir säkert mera smak av de färska.

INGREDIENSER

  • ca 1 kg grytbitar av fläsk, karre´tog jag
  • 1-2 burkar hela champinjoner ( 2 burkar om du älskar svamp ) eller 250g färska
  • 2 gula lökar
  • 2-3 klyftor hackad vitlök
  • 1 -2 msk curry, jag använde också Hello Curry från Santa Maria
  • vatten+spadet från champinjonerna + 2 buljongtärningar, höns tog jag
  • 2 dl grädde eller mjölkfritt alternativ
  • 2 msk citronsaft
  • 1 msk Japansk soja
  • 2 tsk honung eller socker
  • salt och nymalen svartpeppar
  • maizena+vatten till redning

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  1. Bryn köttbitarna i omgångar i olja/smör, krydda och lägg över i en gryta.
  2. Täck köttet med vatten, spad, smula i buljong och låt det puttra på under lock tills köttet är mjukt och mört.
  3. Stek svampen och när den fått färg får lök och vitlök snabbt svänga med tillsammans med currykryddan.
  4. Tippa i svampfräset och grädde i grytan och låt allt koka ihop några minuter.
  5. Smaka av med citronsaft, soya, honung och ev. mera kryddor och puttra på grytan lite till.
  6. Red av grytan om du vill ha tjockare sås, strö gärna persilja eller något annat grönt över grytan när det är dags att äta.
  7. Servera med ris eller gryn av något slag och gärna gröna bönor stekta i vitlök.
