Fläskpannkaka med lingonsylt

Fläskpannkaka är ju fantastiskt gott och enkelt att laga. Det blir allra godast med rökt sidfläsk tycker jag men det blir gott med rimmat fläsk eller bacon också. Jag gör smeten lite tjockare än till tunnpannkaka men det är en smaksak.

INGREDIENSER

  • 5 ägg
  • 5 dl vetemjöl + lite till så smeten blir lite tjockare
  • 5 dl mjölk
  • 5 dl vatten
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 200 g rökt eller rimmat fläsk
  • smör eller plåtpapper till långpannan

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  1. Sätt ugnen på 225 grader. Skär fläsket i bitar/tärningar och stek det i en panna tills det får färg. (steka i ugnen funkar också)
  2. Vispa ihop ägg, mjöl och hälften av vätskan till en slät smet och tillsätt den övriga vätskan+salt.
  3. Tippa smeten i en långpanna som är smord med smör eller på ett bakplåtspapper.
  4. Fördela det stekta fläsket i smeten och grädda pannkakan tills den fått färg i ca 25 minuter.
  5. Servera med lingonsylt och njut!
