Chokladkaka med punchkräm

Den här kakan var poppis på 90-talet med den här gröna krämen med punch/arraksmak. Jag har gjort den med både mint, kokos och mandelmassesmak så kör på det du gillar mest!

  • 5 ägg
  • 5 dl strösocker
  • 250 g smör
  • 3 dl mjölk
  • 6 dl vetemjöl
  • 1 dl kakao     
  • 1 msk vaniljsocker
  • 4 tsk bakpulver
  • 1/3 tsk salt

Punchkräm

  • 250 g smör
  • 2 ägg
  • 4 dl florsocker
  • 1 msk vaniljsocker
  • 1-2 tsk arraksessens

Topping

  • 200 g mörk choklad
  • 100 g ljus choklad
  • 1 msk rapsolja

Gör så här:

  1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader och lägg ett plåtpapper i en långpanna.
  2. Vispa ägg och socker fluffigt.
  3. Smält smöret och tippa i mjölken.
  4. Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en bunke.
  5. Lägg de torra ingredienserna i äggvispet och tillsätt vätskan lite i taget till en slät smet.
  6. Tippa i smeten i långpannan, grädda i mitten på ugnen i ca 25 minuter.
  7. Vispa ihop smörkrämen, smaka av med arrak och färga med karamellfärgen.
  8. Låt kakan bli kall, bred på krämen med en bordskniv eller liknande och ställ kakan kallt.
  9. Smält chokladen tillsammans med oljan i ett vattenbad.
  10. Ringla chokladen över den kalla kakan och bred ut med en kniv.
  11. Ställ kallt och dela kakan i bitar, spola en vass kniv i hett vatten så får du fina bitar. 

Jag älskar att laga mat och att skriva recept och de flesta på bloggen är mina egna varianter. Min ambition är att äta mera grönt, handla mera ekologiskt och att bara köpa svenskt kött när jag inte äter av älgköttet i frysen då! Såklart lagar jag helst mat från grunden utan konstiga tillsatser och med fina råvaror, det är grejer det ;-) Välkomna till mitt kök!
