- 2 dl grädde + 1 dl av pastavattnet
- 2-3 msk pressad citron
- 2 tsk torkad basilika eller 1 näve färska hackade blad
- 1 tsk mortlade fänkålsfrön
- salt och nymalen svartpeppar
- olivolja till pannan
- riven lagrad ost till servering
GÖR SÅ HÄR:
- Koka pastan i rejält saltat vatten.
- Skär salamin i småbitar, tomaterna i halvor, strimla salladslök, hacka vitlök och ruccola.
- Fräs vitlöken och fänkålsfröna i en stekpanna med olivolja utan att dom tar färg.
- Låt salami, tomater och purjo svänga med bara hastigt.
- Tippa i grädde, vatten från pastan, citron, basilika och ruccolan och låt allt koka upp, smaka av med kryddor.
- Lägg pastan på ett uppläggningsfat när den är klar och tippa såsen över pastan.
- Servera direkt med riven ost.
