FOCACCIA
- 25 g jäst
- 3,5 dl ljummet vatten
- 1 tsk salt
- 6 dl vetemjöl special
ÖRTOLJA
- 1 dl olivolja
- 2 dl örter t.ex basilika eller oregano
- 1 msk salt att strö över brödet
GÖR SÅ HÄR:
- Rör ut jästen i det ljumma vattnet.
- Tippa i mjöl och salt och vispa ihop till en slät deg, elvisp tog jag.
- Låt degen jäsa 1 timme i bunken.
- Mixa/hacka under tiden ihop örtoljan.
- Tippa och tryck ut degen på en plåt med bakplåtspapper så den nästan täcker plåten, mjöla fingrarna.
- Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.
- Låt brödet jäsa 30 minuter.
- Gör små gropar med tummen (mjöla tummen om det kladdar).
- Droppa i oljan i groparna och pensla hela brödet med olja också, strö över lite flingsalt.
- Grädda mitt i ugnen i 20 minuter.
