Härlig lördag på èr mina vänner! Planen var att plocka bort julen idag men jag ville verkligen inte, tvärtom de flesta jag känner som vill ha bort grejerna så fort som det bara går. Det blev hur som helst en sväng på Näset där vi håller till på somrarna och en promenad i skogen så det hanns inte med så mycket julstädning, ha ha den som spar han har….julen kvar! Fisk till middag och eftersom det inte blev någon handling inför helgen så blev det få ingredienser, kanske inte så snyggt och färgglatt men bra smaker ändå.
INGREDIENSER 4 port
- 4 portionsbitar lax
- 5 hg vitkål eller spetskål
- 3 hg bladspenat, fryst funkar fint
- 2 klyftor hackad vitlök
- 2 msk riven eller finhackad ingefära
- 3-4 msk sesamfrön
- 2 msk japansk soya
- 1 citron, saften av den
- salt, nymalen svartpeppar
- sesamolja/rapsolja till stekning
SOYAMAJON
- 2 dl majonäs
- 3 msk japansk soya
- 1 tsk srirachasås eller någon annan typ av chili
Gör så här:
- Strimla vitkålen grovt och tina spenaten om du använder fryst(krama ur vattnet).
- Hacka/riv vitlök och ingefära.
- Rör ihop soyamajon.
- Pressa 1/2 citron på laxen, salta och peppra den och strö på/vänd i sesamfrön.
- Stek laxen i en panna med sesamolja eller rapsolja tills den får färg men gärna har en rå kärna.
- Stek kålen i sesamolja, salta och peppra.
- När den fått färg och mjuknat låt vitlök och ingefära steka med och låt spenaten svänga med allra sist.
- Stänk över soya på kålen och smaka av om det behövs mera salt.
- Servera laxen på kålfräset tilsammans med soyamajon.
