Nu blev det en krock här med svenska korn och med asiatiska smaker, det gillar jag och dessutom blev det gott. Vi äter sällan ris och jag var lite skeptisk till det här “riset” men där hade jag fel. Det blev en panikrätt när jag såg kålfjärilar i landet och jag ville hinna före dom, såklart lägger du i något mera färgrikt om du har.
Jag stekte kycklingklubbor till men det funkar med både kött och fisk till också eller bara som den är, vegansk är den då!
INGREDIENSER
- 4 kycklinglår
- 1/2 dl sweetchilisås
- 1 msk japansk soja
- salt och nymalen svartpeppar
Salladen:
- 2 portioner kornris kokt enl. fp
- 1 zucchini
- 2 liter grönkål i bitar utan “mittnerven”
- 1 stor klyfta vitlök
- 2 msk sesamolja
- 3 msk pressad citron
- hackad färsk koriander
- salt och nymalen svartpeppar
- raps eller sesamolja till stekning
- jordnötter till topping
Dressing:
- 1,5 dl majonnäs (jag tog Hellmans veganska med chili)
- 2 msk japansk soja
- 1/2-1 tsk sambal (om du inte har chilimajon)
Gör så här:
- Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.
- Salta och peppra kycklingen runt om.
- Blanda sweetchili och soja och pensla det på kyckling låren.
- Kör i ugnen i ca 30-40 min.
- Koka riset enligt fp.
- Blanda ihop dressingen.
- Fräs kålen i olja och låt vitlöken svänga med, salta.
- Skär zucchinin i bitar, hacka koriander.
- Blanda ris, kål och zucchini på ett fat, strö över koriander och jordnötter.
- Servera med kycklingen och chilimajon.
Det receptet måste jag prova men inte idag för då blir det salladen med rostade nudlar.
