Torsk med morotspuré, rostad rotselleri och brynt smör

Det här är mat som jag gillar och som passar till mysmiddag eller till fest. Jag kokade fisken för det är enkelt tycker jag men stek den om du gillar det bättre. Psssst snåla inte på det brynta smöret 😉

INGREDIENSER

  • 4 portionsbitar torskrygg eller torskfilé
  • 500 g rotselleri
  • 4 stora morötter
  • 2 paket bacon a´140 g
  • 150 g smör att bryna
  • 1 citron
  • 1 klyfta riven vitlök
  • gräslök eller dill till garnering
  • 1 liter vatten+2 st fiskbuljongtärningar
  • 25 g smör till morötterna + citronsaft
  • olivolja
  • salt och nymalen svartpeppar

GÖR SÅ HÄR:

  1. Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.
  2. Skala rotsellerin och dela den i stavar, lägg i en ugnsform, ringla över olivolja, salta och rosta tills de får färg och är mjuka.
  3. Skala morötterna, dela i bitar och koka dem mjuka i saltat vatten.
  4. Stek baconet krispigt i småbitar.
  5. Bryn smöret under omrörning tills det har blivit ljust brunt, passa noga, ställ åt sidan.
  6. Häll av vattnet på morötterna och mixa dem tillsammans med smöret och riven vitlök, smaka av med pressad citron, salt och peppar.
  7. Koka upp vatten och buljongtärningar, lägg i fiskbitarna, stäng av värmen , lägg på ett lock och låt fisken tillagas i ca 7 minuter.
  8. Värm tallrikarna och lägg upp morotspuré, rotselleri, torsk, pressa citron på fisken, ringla över brynt smör, strö över bacon och gräslök eller dill.

Jag älskar att laga mat och att skriva recept och de flesta på bloggen är mina egna varianter. Min ambition är att äta mera grönt, handla mera ekologiskt och att bara köpa svenskt kött när jag inte äter av älgköttet i frysen då! Såklart lagar jag helst mat från grunden utan konstiga tillsatser och med fina råvaror, det är grejer det ;-) Välkomna till mitt kök!
