KATTIS MAJSKEX
2 dl majsmjöl
1 dl solrosfrön
1 dl sesamfrön
1/2 dl linfrön
1/2 dl rapsolja
1/2 tsk salt
2 dl kokande vatten
flingsalt
1. Blanda de torra ingredienserna och häll över oljan och det kokande vattnet.
2. Bred ut den på ett en plåt med bakplåtspapper, degen är kladdig så det är enklast är att lägga över plastfolie och kavla ut degen till en tunn platta.
3. Grädda i 150 grader i ca 1 timma och bryt sedan kexen i bitar.
4. Låt kexen torka en stund i 75° ugn om dom fortfarande känns mjuka.
